   Nauti Cajun crab is hands down one of the best seafood spots around! The renovation looks amazing, bright, clean and coastal. The seafood is super fresh, and the sauces are packed with bold Cajun flavor. I highly recommend the ultimate feast bucket-it’s loaded and delicious. Great service, BYOB and a fun vibe. Definitely worth the visit!

   Food was very ordinary. Ambiance is ok. Noise level was very high. We had to wait quite long even though we had reservation and many seats were available. Overall not a pleasant experience.

After reviewing our cameras and speaking with your server, we’d like to clarify: your reservation was at 7:30 PM, and you and your guest arrived at 7:12 PM. Just a minute before you arrived, the restaurant was packed, and several large parties were just leaving. There were also earlier reservations checked in ahead of yours. Our team worked quickly to clean and prep tables, and you were seated at 7:22 PM. After reviewing your interaction with staff, we were surprised by your review.

   Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait 45 min to be seated. Waiter was very pleasant but didn’t remember to bring everything to us which wasn’t realized until it was time for us to leave.

   Busy place, need to wait even with reservations. Therefore, reservations are recommended. Great food, very friendly and nice service. Very good experience. It’s very different with regular restaurants, like crab shack by the sea! We like it very much.

   Food great but very disappointed about our experience with the service. We drove from South Jersey to try to this place, loved the atmosphere, but again, the service we received from our waiter was just terrible.

   Hi Donnell, Thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. I only wish you had let our server know during your visit so I could have personally addressed the issue with your dish. We've never received this type of comment about our red snapper or the plain fried rice before. While plain fried rice isn't on our regular menu, we occasionally make it as a special request to accommodate our guests. I sincerely apologize if it didn’t meet your expectations.

   A party of 9 for my birthday enjoyed dining at Nauticrab. Everything was excellent. My server was Cat. She was very attentive and helpful. She was excellent. It's a 10/10 all around.

    My family and I frequently go for dinner here at the Nauti Crab, we always love it and have a great time. Their Crab legs, shrimp, and clams are always a family favorite. Definitely recommend their Nauti Cajun flavor with your level of spice, also the lemonade… To die for!!! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and it creates such a nice mood!
