   The restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. However, I did have one concern regarding the seating process. Although I had made a reservation for 8:30 PM and arrived 10 minutes early, obviously I expected to wait but added to this an additional 15 minutes, bringing my total wait time to 25 minutes before being seated. Interestingly I observed that a number of additional parties arrived after us, yet they were seated immediately. No drinks were offered To us why we were waiting which could helped additionally the waiting area was all wet not covered so seats weren’t great This was my first time making a reservation at the restaurant; previously, I had simply walked in and been seated without issue. For first-time visitors to the area, I would recommend this restaurant for its atmosphere, staff and food.However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of organization, particularly in the clearing and allocation of tables, and waiting areas as I noted several tables remaining empty while we continued to wait .

   My husband’s food was delicious. The shrimp brochette should be for 2! The salad was way too overdressed and the Veracruz was too salty to even eat. They comped us a dessert as a result which was very nice but not necessary. Ambience is beautiful and they had a great live sax player. Service was very pleasant. Would try again but make different choices?

   Muy buena experiencia. Muy amables y buena comida y entorno. Lo único es que la música en directo aunque era buena estaba un poco alta en las mesas de la entrada del restaurante. Nosotros estábamos apartados de la música , por lo que no fue un problema.

   Location is amazing! The service is wonderful and they are very attentive. Navíos is an absolute must when visiting Cancun!

   Food was delicious. We had the truffle risotto and the coconut shrimp. It was amazing and not as overly priced as some of the touristy restaurants. Ambiance was calm with soft music and setting over the lagoon. The crocodile was also a fun dinner guest. For an appetizer, 2 entrees, and 2 cocktails, we spent $124 USD after tip

    We have been there several times and have had wonderful meals. This time, possibly because it was on a Monday some of the dishes were not as good as usual. One dish has way too much squid ink making it seem like a soup than a sauce. Coconut shrimp were too well done and then soaked in the sweet and sour sauce, rather than letting me dip them. Other dishes were fine and of course the ambience is always so pretty. We’ll be back again but next time later in the week.
