   Not as I thought it would be, food came out cold. My drink was watered down and not what I ordered, I had to send it back twice. Waiter paid us no mind. I only went to see the Harry Potter theme and it was the best part.

   The experience was Nice, I enjoyed the TMNT Game Room Theme due to me being a Big fan since I was a Kid. The service was great and pleasant. The food was nice as well I really loved the fries.

   Enjoyable experience. Wait staff and reservation counter were polite and courteous. Reservation counter handles the Customers, the wait and reservations really well. Constant hustle from them. Food was ok. The harry Potter pop up was cool. Overall vibe was lit. We had reservations and arrived early. We got seated early. Very pleasant vibe for a casual night out or date.

   Reservations for 2 at a hightop for 7:45pm, showed up around 10mins early. Checked in, table not ready, and was not asked for contact info and had to stand waiting in very awkward places. Host stand seated late reservations and did not update about table until prompted and it felt rather passive aggressive. Upon being seated was informed of the 90min limit, that is not posted on OpenTable or anywhere I could find. Drinks: NA Butter Beer, Liquid Lumos, Dobby is Free Apps: Cheese Curds Appetizers were alright, ordering a pizza for the table was definitely a better value than individual slices. Average-good pizza. Harry Potter theme was wonderful but it got progressively louder. Our server was absolutely wonderful. Only have complaints towards the host stand and it felt like they were not used to being busy. Easily racked up almost $100 for a decent night out, so I would say the prices were a bit elevated.

   We went for the Harry Potter pop-up. There could have been a little better selection of food. There was a little difference in price between the menu & the screen that had a drink list on it. I expected it to be a little more fun. But it was good overall.

   Highly unorganized! Made reservations 2 weeks prior, place over booked and made us wait over 45 minutes! Staff was rude and drinks were disgusting! Would not recommend!

   Brought my daughter and her kids! We loved it! The whole atmosphere was fun! Kids enjoyed the butter beer! The service and food was great!

    Decent pizza, excellent fries and salads. Waiters give good insight into specialty drinks which was very helpful in choosing something we knew we’d like.
