The food was excellent we will definitely be coming back regularly! Our waitress Sarah B was great! Even though there was a band in the bar area we were able to talk and not have to yell. Lighting was perfect!

Normally very good. Significantly understaffed Thanksgiving weekend and it showed. Waitress did her best and was left to apologize for slow, cold and overcooked food.

Service was painfully slow. Took over an hour between us getting our salads and our entrees. When we asked for some bread, rolls and butter to tide us over during the wait, were told, "we don't have any" Seriously? Our waiter Sam was very apologetic about the wait, and even offered a comp glass of wine.

The food is always delicious but the staff/service need some work. It’s our second time staying at new vida and let’s just say both times our dinner was problematic. We sat at a table and didn’t get acknowledged by the young man serving, so went upfront to get our own menus and silverware. The poor young man was the ONLY server for literally 20 tables. An older woman started to help him after a while but way understaffed for that many people. We sat for a bit without drinks because the young man was so busy helping everyone he could. Ordered the Thai peanut wings and they tasted like wings coated in thick peanut butter. Was not a good combo. I unfortunately had to send them back to the kitchen. Then when we got the rest of the food it wasn’t correct. We got regular garlic mashed potatoes and regular broccoli instead of the silky sweet potato mash and the broccolini that was listed in the menu. Broccoli and broccolini are very much two different things. He didn’t inform us they were out of anything and we didn’t special order the meals so just came out different than described. We sat down for our reservation at 5:10pm and didn’t get done eating until 7pm due to just waiting. Food was tasty but the service and attention to menu/detail needs to be focused on. Our first dinner experience there pretty similar, long wait with no drinks, short staffed.

Stayed in the hotel back in May, wasn't able to try the restaurant. That being said, sadly the food was disappointing. Walked into an almost empty restaurant. Server/ hostess no where to be found. Had to go over to the bar to find the bar tender and the waitress in deep conversation, ignoring the few customers. When we finally were seated, the waitress went back to talk again both had the backs to us. Meanwhile the only other table was also looking for her. Food was cold and not very good. Once we were served, the waitress and bartender once again went back to talking and backs turned. Meanwhile the other table was ignored too. Another couple can in and waited to be seated, after finding no one at the hostess station we waved them over and got the waitress attention for them. They got seated In the other area. The waitress sat then gave them water and walked away to carry on her conversation, by the time she went back over to the other couples table 20min later they had walked out. She seemed to be upset about it. So overall I'd say that if they continue to ignore their customers and serve mediocre food they will not last.

Food was excellent! Our server seemed very overwhelmed and took a while to check on us for refills etc. other than that the experience was great!

We tried it again and loved it. We went there about a month after they opened for dinner and were overall very disappointed. Well, it is "stick season" and no one is open on a Sunday night so we decided we would give them another try knowing that there is a new chef. At first was disappointed that they only had tacos and flatbreads on Sunday, but we were there. I can cook that at home. Well, this was the best flatbread I have ever had. I think it was the carmalized onions, but it was amazing, So I recommend that everyone try it again, they seem to have it right this time.
