    Great meal and excellent service. We’d had a group of three that splurged and shared a 22 oz bone in rib eye and a 6 pound lobster. The table side service preparation for the lobster was a treat. Service is very good overall. Very typical American steakhouse environment with very typical dishes prepared as expected. Would recommend.

    Terrible experience at New York Prime Steakhouse. Uncomfortable seating, stridently loud clientele with belligerent drunks cussing and yelling at the table next to us, cheered on by the wait staff. We had to yell at each other to be able to carry out a conversation. Our waiter made a face like he sucked on a lemon when we declined cocktails and said we wanted water and coffee. From that point on we noticed it took forever for him to check on our table, but he was parked at the table of obviously intoxicated people next to us and chatting them up as they ordered more and more drinks. My husband's steak had to be sent back twice before they could manage to cook it properly. By the time the steak was brought back out a third time, the exterior was burnt and dry. We will not be coming back.

    We loved everything from our Waiter to the food! As bust as it was on a Saturday night, our server had promt service and had amazing recommendations for wine. We both had the bone in ribeye and loaded baked potatoes. The potatoes were like silk and the steak was seasoned to perfection and melted in your mouth. We will DEFINITELY be returning.
