   This restaurant provides terrible service. We booked a table and were only offered a special New Year's Eve menu on the spot, offering no alternative. After consuming 5 menus (more than 100$ per person) they sent us away so that we wouldn't stay for New Year's Eve! Very unpleasant service and always trying to cut corners. The drinks we ordered at the beginning, which were on the menu at 17$/each, cost 27$/each. Very bad and I don't recommend it at all. How can you treat customers who pay almost 700$ for dinner like that! And with this attitude no tip was left, which made the employee even more unpleasant. Unfortunate!

   So happy News Cafe reopened after Covid :) Service with Juan was great, he was friendly and professional. Food was good, Pina Colada pancakes were delicious. The location is great, you can walk around and explore South Beach.

   Excellent service and very good food. The table was small for the food we had - this took away from the experience a bit

   I’m a regular and have never been disappointed with the Cappuccino, the Classic Benedict, the Hostess’ welcome, and Juan’s excellent service. The view is magnificent
