   Menu has cahnged for lunch options and fewer salad choices. However one" bowl" was fine but the Cesar Salad left something to be desired as t he " bad yellow " portions were used and there was no green romaine.

   The News Cafe was a wonderful restaurant for decades. The new News Cafe is nothing like it, is very ordinary, intensely loud music even when we asked to turn it down. The food used to be first rate, now it was ordinary. They are trading on it's name. What a loss.

   This is a great place to sit outside and people watch. Everything on the menu looked tasty. I ordered the salmon omlette and it tasted wonderful. The service was amazing. Juan took great care of us and we didn't feel rushed. A definite stop if you are in the area.

   Thank you so much for a fantastic birthday breakfast for my husband. The food, service, attention to detail and ambiance was excellent. I recommend anyone that’s in South Beach to experience the News Cafe.

   Always a fun experience to sit on the front porch, view the beach, and watch the parade of fashionable and eccentric people on Ocean Drive, South Beach. A must-do here.
