   Great service. The Prime Rib was cooked exactly as requested, as was the NY Strip. Lobster Bisque and Onion Soups were very tasty.

   We’ve been NIBI several times, it is absolutely our favorite place to go. This last experience however, was less than we’ve come to expect. My wife got the special which was prime rib and I got the Seabass, which was my favorite. The prime rib my wife ordered, medium, came out rare, it was supposed to be a 16 ounce cut. It looked to be a 28 ounce cut with 20 ounces of it being fat, my wife sent it back TO BE COOKED AT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE. and what returned was a much better cut that was as ordered, however by that point I was already done with my meal so we did not end up eating together. I’ve had the Seabass a number of times and it has always been my favorite. This time as I took the first bite, there was like a pocket of oil that was encased inside the Seabass, which left my stomach very queasy almost immediately. I ended up leaving the restaurant early as I thought I was going to be sick. Needless to say it left a damper on our date night, not saying we won’t return because it’s still one of our favorites, but this was definitely the first bad meal we’ve had out of the 12+ times we’ve been there. The waitress never inquired how our food was and proceeded to serve my wife a piece of meat that was double the size it should’ve been without any hesitation, only saying that the delay in getting my wife a replacement was due to the kitchen being busy. Didn’t really feel she had any Interest in how our food was nor how our evening was going there were several items that could’ve been corrected, but she honestly just didn’t seem to care.

   Place is very nice. Had issue with cold food. Second try was better, but, barely warm. Prime rib was also a little tough. Considering it was the special it was disappointing. High priced, I would still recommend it.

   Best dining in Battle Creek! Very nice atmosphere, great service, great food! If you sit at the bar ask if Jason/JT is working he is great!

   Server was phenomenal. The entire staff was very accommodating. Food was very well prepared and delicious. We will definitely dine there again.

    I am almost afraid to give this place a good review because I don’t want to have trouble in the future getting reservations. Every single time the food is outstanding, we love this place!
