                                                        We have been coming to Nice Marin for years every time we come to visit NYC. The experience at the restaurant has stayed very consistent, with the service, food and the atmosphere. We love it here and feel like coming back home every single time.                                                         The branzino for dinner was one of the best dishes I've ever had at a restaurant. The remaining appetizers and entrees were also very good (octopus, hummus, cavatelli), but the branzino was a cut above. Service was mostly attentive but there were some minor missteps that were a little frustrating. From a value standpoint, the management comped us two of our appetizers to make up for it, which was an incredibly generous gesture. On two occasions at this restaurant, they've tried to shuttle us over to an undesirable table when there were other tables available or soon to be available. It might be a coincidence, or it might be their policy to do so as long as the party doesn't complain. All in all for this price point, and in the context of how expensive restaurants have become, we kind of got what we had expected and hoped for, a very good, enjoyable meal that doesn't break the bank.

                                                        Another beautiful meal at Nice Matin! They were slow to take our order, but this was a reunion party so we appreciated not feeling rushed. Everything was delicious and the server was gracious.
