   A lot was expected given the reviews and one recommendation but not sure if it was the fact we were there the morning after a holiday but the place was dead. Not that it matters but it felt weird after seeing pics of tables full of happy people having delicious food. We were informed they had a new menu as of today Mar 18. Our server recommended the Cold Brew Tonic which arrived almost 40 minutes later. We were offered pastries but the selection was minimal. Only 3 items came on a tray. 2 conchas and one cubilete de queso. They were ok. The main orders were nicely presented and flavorful. Seeing that my CBT was taking a long time i decided to order a cup of coffee thinking my original order had been forgotten. Food took a while as well. They did apologize for the delay on food but no comment came forward on why the beverage took so long to arrive at the table. Service needs a lot of improvement. I was told breakfast was great there. Expectation was not met.

   La actitud de todos es muy cordial y atenta, se ve que disfrutan su trabajo; los alimentos muy deliciosos y porciones adecuadas, no hay refill de café, pero es muy bueno y el pan no se lo pueden perder!

   La atención fue mala, demasiado lento... al llegar pedimos café americano... se tardaron más de 25 minutos en llevarlo. Si no le preguntábamos a la mesera qué pasaba ella no nos decía nada. Veíamos que a las otras mesas les servían de una jarra el café y cuando preguntamos, nos dijeron que era diferente el americano al café en jarra y que ese si tenia refill, eso nos hubieran dicho antes!!!! El pan estaba rico pero el resto de la comida sin chiste. Todo estaba frío. Debut y despedida.

   El servicio un poco lento, llevaron primero el platillo de mi acompañante y tardaron casi media hora en llevar el mío. Después presionaban demasiado para que dejáramos la mesa u ordenáramos más.

   Excelente servicio de parte de open tablet, cuando llegue al restaurante ya tenían reservada mi mesa. Y respecto al restaurante, muy rico y muy bonito

   La comida buena, pero no memorable. El servicio no me Encantó, ya que los meseros tenían más preocupación por levantar la mesa al segundo de haber terminado de comer, interrumpiendo cada que algo se terminaba. Otra cosa, como escuela posible que siendo el restaurante de escuela de gastronomía no tengan leche de almendra para el café. La vdd la experiencia no fue la mejor.

    El servicio fue atento y respetuoso, sin estar encima a cada momento. Atendieron nuestras necesidades especiales al modificar los platillos sin problema. Las bebidas, en especial los cócteles, estuvieron muy bien preparadas. El ambiente del lugar es tranquilo, ideal para una plática sin interrupciones. Lo único que no me agradó fue que pedí un agua mineral y trajeron la más cara sin preguntar la marca, lo que puede ser incómodo para algunos clientes. Fuera de eso, una experiencia bastante agradable.
