Born in San Antonio, Texas, Nixtamali Molino + Comedor is a unique Mexican culinary experience bringing flavors from different regions of Mexico like: Mexico City, Yucatan, Oaxaca among other Northern regions of Mexico.

Over the years, the value of corn has deteriorated, and our main objective is to revive and maintain this value in Mexican gastronomy. Nixtamali Molino Comedor is an authentic and regional Mexican cuisine in the United States. More than a restaurant, we offer an experience that takes you to Mexico with its flavors and, with the nixtamal process, to pre-Hispanic times.

Food was good but not great especially when you consider the price. Service is friendly but very slow. Atmosphere is good. The restaurant is nice and clean.

Due the Valentine’s Day the crew were dealing with too much workload. The food was amazing but the speed for getting the plates to the table a little bit delayed and confused.

Outstanding! Loved our cocktails and food…cochinita pibil was especially on point. Perfect spot before heading to the Spurs game. We will definitely be back 👍🏼

Everything was delicious. It was a bit cold although the space heaters helped. The presentation of the Nixtamali tequila shot was such a nice surprise and fairly priced for the 2oz pour. Excellent over all!
