Our server was lacking in attentiveness which resulted in some of our dishes never arriving, which was disappointing. The food was mostly flavorful, but a few of the dishes were lacking in complexity and any overarching flavor profile. Overall a sort of disappointing experience for the price. The vegan in our party was grateful for all of the accommodations.

Really loved our server Kendrick (sorry if misspelled) who took great care of us and made our experience to be the best Nobu weever visited. So far this is the 5th one around the world and look forward to returning again. Thanks 🫡

Nobu has always offered delicious food and excellent service. However, tonight the waiter offered a sushi special which sounded interesting, so we ordered it. When the bill arrived, I was shocked to see 6 pieces of o-toro cost $125!

The portions were small and the meal was outrageously expensive. There was rave music booming over the speakers. I had been really looking forward to trying Nobu, and I'm glad I did, but won't go back. My wife and daughter got a Lucky Dog later in the casino because, after spending $350 in Nobu (3 people), they were still hungry.

This is the fourth Nobu I have visited this year. Every one of them has the best food and service. I can’t say enough about this restaurant. It’s a must try.

The prime steak and the chicken skewers didn’t taste very seasoned especially for the price. The Caesar salad and yellow tail were delicious though.

Listen, I know when you’re in New Orleans it’s all about the Creole. And we have thoroughly enjoyed eating our way through bowls of gumbo and grilled oysters… but nothing celebrated my palate like this experience we had at Nobu. I have no idea what we ate exactly, but I remember when I briefly needed glasses in 3rd grade and thinking the grass had never been greener and the sky had never really been blue like this before. This is what this food did to me. The flavors had—no exaggeration—actual swear-to-Jesus layers and my mouth celebrated it all with a little grand finale of a pop of punchy explosion. Yes. It was all that. It was perfect and everything I didn’t know I had been missing. It’s not cheap, but it is a real experience. Our server, Andrea made the best recommendations and our chef even visited tableside with an extra little surprise. I imagine in a world where people are seeking the Creole experience this Asian cuisine could be overlooked, but it should be a stand out. The cod dish I forgot to take a picture of was this sexy satiny dish that felt so luxurious like the best sheets you’ve ever slept in… Whatever the other white fish dish was the thing I will be coming back for. A beautiful layered delight. This little pepper that hit you right at the end like a first kiss. The Wagu dish was so smooth with just the right amount of peppery, salty punch atop a melt in your mouth beef with a final tomato explosion. All so good. Save your money for this splurge, it is worth it even for non-fancy people like me.

The food was good. However, the service was just ok. The wait between dishes was definitely too long, and the waiter made no check on us update. It was my sister's birthday, and I was told that they would acknowledge it, but other than bringing her 3 drinks that were not for our table and a $463.00 charge at the end of the meal.... sevice and value overshadowed the good, not great food.

Service by the sashimi bar chefs was excellent but wait service was slow with drinks and provided incorrect drink order when the first cocktails finally arrived.

Excellent as usual for a Nobu. Only downside is that they don’t have an Omakase offering. Not a place to go on a budget. Delicious food and amazing service.
