   My wife and I decided to take a chance and dine at Nobu. We walked in with zero expectations other than enjoying a well crafted menu. We left wondering what we just experienced. Service was fantastic. No doubt about it. The only thing that made sense was the hot dishes. Mirai beef with truffle was great and the miso cod was even better. I could not get enough of that sauce. The shrimp kushiyaki was delicious and the peppery sauce reminded me of bbq. The other dishes were lackluster. Yellowtail jalapeño tasted good and was very small. Don’t order the jelly bean size tacos. Order 3-4 of the kushiyaki and you’ll get more for the price. Spend what you want, wherever you want, but know that your local sushi spot has better food and you won’t feel like you lost money on your experience. This was worse than losing at the Casino as there was nothing special about it. Crispy rice and tuna. So many places have this dish and the pâté was boring. I wouldn’t recommend this dish. Also, you have to build your bite. Never had this presentation before. The delicate hands of Nobu couldn’t plate the tuna on the crispy rice for a bite to easily enjoy? As for the sushi and nigiri, go to your local spot. Overall this place reminds me of a “do it for the likes” type of restaurant. Not worth the hype.

   Nobu never disappoints and the New Orleans location lived up to our expectations. The food was delicious and our server, Kristen, made our entire experience exceptional!

   Dinner was great, service was great. The only complaint is. It was my best friend’s birthday and Nobu did not a thing special for him. That was disappointing.

   Wanted to love it so much! But they have a long way to go… The menu was not creative and the rolls were just rice heavy… As an Anniversary experience, this was priced high but so low on the satisfaction, ambience..etc. Staff was amazing..

   We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Our server Courtney was truly one of the best. Her level of knowledge and her hospitality focus was unmatched. We’ll be back!

   I made reservations weeks in advanced for a table of 4 at 1:45 on Mothers’s Day. I received a phone call at 11:00am on Mother’s Day requesting that my party arrives early to receive the FULL EXPERIENCE. My party of 4 rushed to get ready, as we didn’t want to miss out on our Mothers Day experience. Service and food was good,… we felt rushed and was disappointed. Will never return!

   We really enjoyed our visit. Our server Michael was excellent and explained each dish to us, as well as recommended some we were not thinking of. There was only one dish that we didn't like and that was the salt and pepper shrimp skewer. They were just bland. The drinks were great. Everyone at the restaurant was welcoming. That black cod is a last supper item...fantastic! I like the fact that it's all served share style. We ordered several different items and shared each.

    My absolute favorite restaurant! It doesn’t get any better than Nobu! I’ve dined at the ones in New York, Las Vegas, Malibu and now New Orleans. So happy to have one close to home. We had the Yellow Tail jalapeño (a favorite), Toro Tartare Caviar (my new fav), Crispy Rice with Tuna (ok, overly fried and crispy), and the Black Cod lettuce wraps ( prefer the entree but good for bite). Service was excellent as well! My only complaint is that it’s inside Caesars Casino and the music was so loud that it was competing for the music in Nobu. It would be nice to have some glass or fabric to block out the casino music and noise.
