   Server was wonderful, but waited 45 minutes to be seated even if had reservation. And appetizer types of goods came out last after main courses. Kitchen was so backed up and should not be the case when Xmas. Been to Nobus throughout country and internationally and NOT up to par.

   Had a bit of a wait despite having a 7:45 reservation (close to half an hour). But the food and service were both excellent.

   Waitress and wait staff were wonderful. The hostesses could be a lot more welcoming. No smiles and never greeted. They seemed overwhelmed and avoided eye contact. Food was outstanding! It was truly a culinary experience and that made up for where the front end fell short.

   Very chaotic and disorganized. Needed more wait staff in the bar area. Service was the worst we’ve ever seen. Be a long time before we return. Had to get up and get our own drinks, plates, and silverware. I had tea. Asked for refill. Never happened.

   We went to Nobu for a fun Christmas dinner and what a disaster it was. Rather obvious they had very limited staff that were completely incapable of serving the amount of guest. Our meal turned into an almost two hour ordeal. Our food came out literally in one plate at a time. None of our hot food came to our table hot. Drinks took forever to come to come to our table. If the terribly poor service wasn’t enough, we felt the food quality was totally subpar for the Nobu brand. Sushi rolls seemed smaller than normal. Soup bowls were only half full. Unfortunately the kitchen was clearly overwhelmed and were unable to pay attention to details. The line of guest was out the door when we left around 8:15. Cannot imagine how long it could have taken to serve those poor people. We know and love Nobu but wow last night was a terrible experience and a real let done.

   Didn’t see our server after we ordered drinks for 30 minutes. Took 40 minutes until we got our first drink, hour plus for appetizer/entree. We ordered everything right up front. Overall food was good albeit overpriced compared to similar quality spots in the area. I wouldn’t go back due to service being so slow and no one is available.

   Christmas evening, super busy night. All working looked busy and trying their best. A few items never delivered but they made up for it. Wagyu Tacos, Shishito Peppers, Crispy Tuna Rice, Yellowtail Ponzu apps all amazing as always.

   First and last time visiting this location NOBU SCOTTSDALE. We have visited NOBU in Vegas a few times, and just recently found out that we have one in Scottsdale/pretty much in our backyard. What an incredible disappointment! Waited 1.5 hours to get our food after ordering Waitress was visibly annoyed with us asking how long will take to get our food Manager was least bit helpful Sushi tasted like they were bought at the grocery store We live in TUCSON and granted it was Christmas Day, we made a reservation for 5pm when restaurant just opened, so there was no reason for food to take 1.5 hours to arrive We had other plans after Christmas Day dinner, and had a 2 hour drive home to TUCSON, and had to work the next day. No matter how busy the restaurant was, there was no reason for 1.5 hour wait for the food to arrive. We didn’t order anything complicated, couple sushi rolls and some meat from the grill. Needless to say, will not be visiting this location ever again, so terribly disappointed!

    Food was superb as always. Service was very uneven but I’ll Chalk that up to it being Xmas eve. Maybe time to revamp the menu a little bit and add a tiny bit more variety in the non fish choices.
