   I go to Nogga a lot and it’s good as a lunch spot but I think the set up doesn’t lend itself well to dinner. The tables are close- we had a very noisy group next to us and could hardly converse ourselves. The food is ok and the service was better than the lunchtime service but overall it’s not great and it’s only bc it’s kosher that we go.
