This restaurant doesn’t exist. It has been taken over by some other restaurant which was under renovation. We wasted our day

Sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben über opentable einen Tisch bei Nonno Cucina für Silvester gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Vor Ort haben wir dann gesehen dass das Restaurant aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen ist ?!?!. Google Maps hat mir dies dann bestätigt: vorübergehend geschlossen. Mussten an Silvester dann noch etwas anderes suchen und das war nicht sehr einfach. Enttäuschend das OpenTable die Restaurants nicht rausnimmt, die aktuell gar nicht geöffnet sind.

On a previous visit, this place was super. I’m sure they are still good now but the problem is the restaurant is closed due to renovation but this online reservation service is still active. We made a reservation, got a confirmation and when we showed up, found out the restaurant was closed. Renovations are always important but, please turn off your online reservation service!!!!!!!!

Eine Restaurant-Bewertung ist nicht möglich, ausser vielleicht die Bewertung des Managements, das vergisst während der Schliessung des Restaurants für Renovierungsarbeiten das online Buchungssystem abzuschalten. Schöne Überraschung mit einem Gast vor dem geschlossenen Restaurant zu stehen!

Wenn man bei Open Table einen Tisch reserviert, der für ein sehr wichtiges Geschäftsessen vorgesehen war, dann aber vor verschlossenen Türen steht, an der eine großes Schild „WIR RENOVIEREN“ prangt, erkennt man, dass dieser Laden das Thema Organisation nicht verstanden hat und weiß, dass dies mit Sicherheit der letzte Besuch dort war!

Das Essen ist leider nicht so gut. Die Kellnerin war freundlich aber hat uns ständig vergessen. Essen hat sehr lange gedauert bis es am Tisch war ubd due getränke auch... nicht mal die getränke waren zu empfehlen.Lohnt sich leider gar nicht

Service war nicht sehr freundlich. Essen war ganz gut aber nicht überragend. Preis-Leistung war ok, man kann sich nicht beschweren aber hatte mehr erwartet.

Gestresstes Personal, obwohl das echte italienische Essen schmackhaft ist, so fehlt die Leichtigkeit beim Personal. Schade. Zum Lunch auf die Schnelle ok
