   Came here for lunch and was one of the few tables that were seated first for lunch service. The waiter took our drink order and food order at the same time. After while we got our appetizer which was the Peruvian sashimi first. Then noticed that they are starting to get busy which is a good sign but then after awhile I noticed that those same party that were seated after us were getting the food (entrees) before us. I then asked one of the staff workers and he said that it was 5 minutes more but it reality is that they forgot to cook our order.

   We had a wonderful dinner at Noroc. Our server, Gustavo, was attentive and efficient. The ambiance is exceptional with a beautiful view of the ocean. The food was delicious, especially the scallops, and plated beautifully. There was a very good violinist wandering around entertaining the diners too. We will be back next visit to Puerto Vallarta.

   This is an exceptional oceanfront restaurant boasting breathtaking views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. I highly recommend it for any occasion. The food is fantastic, the service is impeccable, and the ambiance is truly magical.

   Xmas menu was expensive for what it was My hubby got salad (3 leaves) and pork it was very hard , like 20 min of wait in between dishes, that was all , first bread buns were lovely he asked more as he was hungry and the second serve was other kind like slices of cold baguette, we just laughed at the end The best was the jazz guy it sounded very pleasant, won’t go back , pretty place though

   Very costly but no choice of good. Forced into a Christmas dinner which did not have any option that the family liked and when requested that could we change since we already paid the cover the only response was it is already in the system. Our 7 year old and my husband who are non meat eaters had to be requested multiple times for an alternative. Additionally even after being asked for 750 peso no kids alternative. This was a cheap Christmas eve stunt that they pulled on customers who were looking for a warm Christmas eve dinner with family

   The atmosphere is great -- comfy tables surrounded by water, a view of the ocean, and nice lighting. Fun and nicely prepared fancy drinks. However, the service was average and sometimes not attentive during it visit, and the food was pricey. We ordered steak and salmon; both had good flavor and presentation but were overcooked. In summary, I'd recommend the restaurant for a fun family fancy meal out, but if you're a foodie, I would say choose something else for the same price.

    My sister and I had dinner at Noroc yesterday. The food was all exceptional. The preparation was wonderful as was the presentation. We had two lovely servers, friendly and efficient. One minor critique, the vegetables on my plate were not as hot as they should have been. They tasted as if they had been plated long before the delicious fish. The bartender also made a excellent very dry Gin Martini! We will be back. Edit: Thank you for your response but you misunderstand what I was saying. I was not talking about the heat of spices in the vegetables I was saying the vegetables were cold!
