Lovely place to eat. Beautiful calm decor and ambience, and a friendly, attentive server who took great care over gluten and dairy free options for one of our party of five . The food was delicious and well presented. We will be back!

Lovely service. High quality and expertly made cocktails. Beautiful restaurant. More locally sourced produce needed. Home made and/or creative desserts would also lift up the menu.

Such a nice waiter. First time there. Food was lovely. Normal fare for a hotel so nothing “different”. Whole experience was great and I would recommend. Staff made the difference.

This was my second time here for dinner as we were so impressed the first time. And we were just as pleased this time. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. We were advised service may be slow as there was a big table of 30+ in but it was absolutely fine. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

Lovely new restaurant with friendly, helpful staff. Our starters and desserts were nice but both my burger and my friend's chicken were a little overcooked and dry, and my fries didn't appear to be very fresh. Overall, the service was good - our starters were a bit slow to arrive but the server apologised for this.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Chateaubriand was excellent and cooked perfect though you do have to plan about a 40 minutes cooking time but worth the wait. Lovely wine, no complaints. Thanks, we will come back.

Had an Itison deal and chose a starter which was delicious before our Chateaubriand. It was the best one we have had. Chose chips, cauliflower cheese and paid extra for onion rings. Food was really good. Wine was lovely too. Staff very friendly and attentive. At one point we were the only table but had went in early, even then the atmosphere was still good. Would definitely go back.

Lovely venue, didn’t realise it was a hotel. Reception was a bit noisy which is where we were seated beside. Food was very good. Staff very nice and friendly. Mixers expensive so cost for two courses plus drinks was just over £40 pp.
