Apparently they do “reservations only” for parties of two. Declined entrance at the door. Went online… they had plenty reservations available all night long. Over half the restaurant tables were empty. We got there at 6:35 p.m. and did not get our dishes till 8pm. They informed us after waiting over 40 minutes for a dish that it would not be available. Made us choose a new dish… then came out and said they were making the original dish instead. All of our appetizers were cold (calamari and meatballs). And so were my companions main dish side (asparagus). My pasta was ok, the meat pieces were hard, and charred. (Vodka rigatoni) I would not return to this location. Save yourself the time.. and go to the Perimeter location!!! 5/5 service, food, ambiance everytime I’ve went!

This was a great spot for our work team lunch! The people were really easy to work with, we were able to talk easily with no problems in terms of background noise and everyone found something they enjoyed!

This was my second time attending North Italia and I loved my meal!! Also the service was nice and the food came out at a reasonable time. They also gave me a free dessert since it was my birthday dinner. I will be coming back here again!

My friends and I sat for nearly 20 minutes without a greeting from a server or a glass of water. We were only served after I got up and spoke with the hostess. Multiple staff members walked by and said nothing to us. Unacceptable.

The garlic bread has turned into my latest obsession. The moment I took a bite, I was captivated by its golden, crispy crust, which gave way to a soft, buttery center infused with ricotta cheese and garlic. It was so delicious that we immediately ordered a second batch, savoring every mouthful. We've even made a pact to come back, simply to indulge in that garlic bread again. We had dinner at North Italia on Christmas Eve with a party of four. We ordered a Caesar salad (enough for two to share), the branzino, two orders of bolognese, and the meatball pasta dish. All meals were delicious, the ambiance was perfect for the moment, and the waiter was pleasant and attentive. The decor is BEAUTIFUL, located right at the base of Lenox Mall. We will be back. Highly recommended.

They were out of 2 appetizers… let us know about the first one, but don’t about the second d until it didn’t show up… ordered a bottle of Chianti (Italian restaurant-right?)… nope out of that.. moving to entrees; would like the tortellini - nope out of that too… we went to eat at 5 pm / early dinner and they were out of everything… but by golly made sure the first bottle of wine was on the check A- even though we didn’t get it… pasta with the checked parm was very under cooked / while chicken parm was over cooked. I remember Fox Concepts from Arizona before Cheesecake bought them - not the same and wools not recommend… what did we get for our party of 5 dining experience inconveniences 1 comp’d dessert that was coded on the check as birthday.. thanks - won’t be back… Oliver Garden can compete with you nicely.
