We were a group of five, four adults and one teenager. Our server was training a new hire. The new hire did a great job. She was friendly and efficient and always had a smile. The orders included a Margarita pizza, the meatball sandwich, Parmesan chicken sandwich and the chicken salad. All the ingredients were fresh, well cooked and delicious. I especially enjoyed the chicken salad; the Parmesan chicken sandwich did have a small spicy kick but not overpowering. Overall, everyone enjoyed their meal, the atmosphere and the friendly service. We will definitely be going back.

I always love North Italia. The food is wonderful and the ambience was so pretty with the Christmas lights shining through.

The food is good but they put small amount of meat/protein. The place is nice. Our server is not friendly. The food took a little longer before we received them. When the food arrived, Requested our server to take pic and she said give me 2 seconds and did not return until after 10-15 minutes. The moment has been ruined already. One of my friend is still eating and she had her bread in her hand, the same server took her plate while she is still eating. Because all the dirty plates are stacked up, she grab a napkin and place on the table instead of offering a clean plate that is available in the side station.

We came here for a mom’s night out and had a great time! The food was delicious and there are lots of gluten free options, including pizza and pasta. Our server didn’t rush us and gave us some great recommendations.

This was my third visit to North Italia. The first two visits were to the store in Legacy area of Plano. I had really enjoyed the food at the Legacy location and was happy to try the Galleria location as it is much closer to where I live. Sadly I noticed that the food was not as well prepared as the other location. The service and atmosphere were fine. Hopefully this was a one off thing.
