   First time at the new location at Arrowhead. I have been to all the locations in both Phoenix and Tucson and by far this is the best location. Our waitress was amazing. She offered great suggestions and was very attentive to the table but not to the point where you felt rushed. Keep up the great work.

   We were so excited for North Italia to open close to our home as it is one of our favorites. We had a reservation and although we were there a few minutes before and with a near empty restaurant, it took almost 10 minutes to seat us. The front of house seemed to have no interest in getting people checked in and seated. Once seated, in the bar instead of the restaurant, said they would be right back with a kids menu and never returned. Our server, Michael, was excellent and attentive without being overbearing and all the food was delicious.

   We came for NYE dinner. We had a reservation at 7:30 and waited about 10 minutes to be sat. Food was 10/10, service was great, and the ambiance was perfect! Love this place and will continue to come back!!

   We went for NYE and enjoyed the prix fixe menu. The waiter was reasonably educated on the drink menu and wine list. He was attentive and conscientious, keeping us updated on any issues like a short backup at the bar. I had the burrata and the short ribs. My husband had the bruschetta and the spicy pasta. The short ribs were the highlight. We’ll definitely be returning to try their regular menu.

   It was NYE and prix fix which I didn't know prior to arriving. the choices were decent but service was very slow for early in the evening and we had kids with us. The price for what we actually had I felt was overpriced for nothing really special. The regular menu is by far better. I have eaten at other locations with better service. Our reservation was at 6:00 pm and we couldn't even finish our desert by 7:30, had to take it to go. This was convenient for our evening plans. Will not do prix fix ever again. Hope my next time will be better.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our New Year's Eve dinner experience. It was our first time at the new location (been to Scottsdale) and the restaurant is very pretty. The music was terrific, and the food was as scrumptious as always. Our waiter, I think his name is Kevin or Ken, he was just as nice and prompt on making sure we were taken care of. Thank you!

    Good food, not very prompt service….waited 20 minutes for our dessert to be delivered (gelato). Extremely loud and difficult to visit with members of our party.
