   Outstanding as always. Nova is a compete rare gem. Wonderful, welcoming service, which is discreet and totally on the ball, coupled with truly amazing food, every time. Add in a great wine list, a great cocktail menu, and prices that are genuinely remarkable for what you get, and I can't recommend this establishment more highly.

   Every time I visit Nova, it has been an exceptional experience. The food is consistently delicious, with my personal favorites being the dumplings and prawns pil pil as starters. I’ve tried most of the main courses, and tonight’s ribeye steak was no exception—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. By far, Nova stands out as the best restaurant in Dalkey, offering top-notch quality at very reasonable prices. The service is fabulous and consistently great! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
