NUMŌH is the inverse name of "Homún" (our first restaurant name) which comes from combining "Ho", for home, and "mún", for common. A composition that reflects the philosophy of the place as a common space where everyone meets to enjoy delicious food, delicious drinks and a relaxed atmosphere that will make you live an exceptional dining experience.
Chef Mario Borja seeks through his "free cuisine" to express a culinary format that is based on the simple fact of cooking what we like to eat, without pretension, respecting the balance of flavors, the good execution of the technique and the fresh seasonal product.
The menu is composed of options with local seafood such as the Meunière catch of the day a, grilled prawns, tuna ceviche to fine cuts such as the NY and a wide variety of appetizers that will complement the table and the snack accompanying your favorite wine or cocktail. .

One of the best food experiences I’ve ever had! The béchamel pizza was absolutely incredible along with the sashimi. Can’t recommend enough!

I can’t get enough my favorite drink Chakal and the pork ribs! So tender and delicious! They were nice to give me rice with my entree. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to go back!

De un Chef a otro, mis respetos y gratitud al Chef Mario y a todo su equipo, quedé sorprendido con la calidad de los platillos, emplatado, frescura de los ingredientes y técnicas que los muchachos usan para elaborar cada platillo, el buen uso de sus ingredientes son el reflejo de su excelente sabor! Por último y no menos importante, su carta de cócteles y las creaciones de su bartender son excepcionales. •El cóctel santa sangre y chacal son fantásticos y muy bien balanceados. Merecen más que 5 estrellas muchachos.

One of our favorite restaurants to dine when we're in Puerto Vallarta. Close to where we live, delicious food and excellent service! Great ambiance as well. Not stuffy, it's nice and cozy. Mixed drinks are yummy! Burgers and their BBQ sooooo delicious! I'm not a big fan of pizza but I'll order their pizza again! Let's not forget the delicious desserts!!! The cheesecake and chocolate flan are our favorites!

Sin duda una agradable sorpresa, al conocer Numoh. Desde la amabilidad hasta la calidad y exquisites de sus alimentos. Sin duda una visita obligada para mis proximas vacaciones. Ambiente tranquilo, musica suave y muy acorde con el lugar. Nuestra recomendación es el hummus, pesca del día yblas gambas. Para rematar con una crepe suzette de rechupete. Qué sugan este tipo de restaurante por muchos años más con su equipo fantástico!
