   It was an amazing experience the Market Fish and the Pork Belly were amazing. The service from Mandy was amazing and the ambience was superb.

   Chef's plating was exquisite and the flat iron steak was outstanding! We also had the caramel bread cake with their homemade vanilla ice cream and it was delish! Cool little place that is a must for a celebration or a nice night out as we spent our anniversary there tonight.

   Second time going to Nutwood both times excellent experiences. Worth going out of your comfort zone trying something new.

   In town for LEGOLAND but had to find a real restaurant… this place exceeded all expectations! Truly one of the best dining experiences ever… even our kids loved tasing all of the delicious farm fresh dishes! Highly recommend Nutwood!

   Very cute exterior and patio space. There is plenty of parking on the street plus a little lot is available. The food was prepared perfectly and the ingredients mostly aligned with what was on the menu, but not entirely (heirloom tomatoes were suspiciously consistent in shape, size and flavor for example). The service was a great balance of attentive, but not intrusive. The interior ambience was really my only disappointment. The decor was exceptionally sparse, the kitchen and bussing of tables was loud enough at times to stop conversation, and I killed several mosquitoes and two flies. I couldn’t catch another that kept buzzing between our table and the kitchen. We’ll definitely be back because the food and service were good enough to hope the ambiance improves.

   Food was absolutely amazing and the service was top notch! We will definitely do again! My wife had the market fish (corvina) with the curry sauce and I had the chicken with polenta. Both were excellent. The only critique I have is the ambience. The walls are painted all white and sound bounces off of everything since there is nothing to absorb the sound. You can also hear every word from tables in the same room as you. I could only imagine how loud it would be if every table was occupied. Simple things like tablecloths and upholstered seats would likely be a welcome update and might also help with the sound levels. If you are looking for really good food and great service, this is a great place, but if ambience is important, this might be a little awkward.

   Steven Rojas and his team always treat us well. Nutwood is our go-to place for fine dining in Winter Haven.

    It was are first time at Nutwood, we were served by Beth. Beth was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The food was great. I had the Pork Chop and it was perfect. The bread pudding was to die for. I highly recommend Nutwood.
