   We had to wait over an hour for food and were charged prior to services being rendered. So we couldn't leave. We were offered a prefixed menu with limited choices and even through the menu said we could order off menu for an extra charge, we were told we could not. The meal came to $222 with tax and tip. I paid $222 for rice in a bell pepper and some ribs that took forever to come and tasted average. This place was awful and I regret going here.

   I wasn’t expecting there to be only a valentines menu, I was looking forward to trying food from there regular menu. Food was good though. I will say a lot of couples left due to not being serviced or seated in a timely manner. The wait for the food was excessive. This establishment had Nice staff from what I witnessed. I will go back back to try food from there regular menu.

   Nzuko seems to have bit off more than it can chew by having a 5 course meal menu multiple options for each course. Service was comedically bad. Everything was disorganized. Menus were already at our table when we were seated. We waited probably 15 minutes before a server came and curtly asked what we wanted without explaining the menu. After some awkward back and forth, she told us to pick an option from each section: appetizer, soup/salad, entree, side, desert, and wine. We got our wine soon after and waited another half an hour. Then a manager, who seemed understandably frazzled came by and asked what course we were on and if we had gotten our soups. We said that we had ordered salads. She said that they were giving everyone soups. The rest of the meal continued like this. Between courses, someone, usually the manager, would come as us what course we were on. Servers all seemed confused. The other tables around us were having similar experiences. This was early in the night (our reservation was 5:15). I can only imagine how bad things got by prime time. The food was good, if mildly overpriced (except for the desert cakes, which were grocery store quality), but overall the experience was poor.

   A great find - an odd location down a quiet street in Watertown but glad to have found it. Decor was bright and warm - perfect for a chilly winter night. We split the Mediterranean mezze plate and also tried the plantain appetizer - both were fantastic. Very different styles of food (Caribbean and Mediterranean) but everything was delicious. Service was so warm and welcoming. Definitely will be back!

   This place is so good that I can back for a second time in a week. The first time, we had more of the Mediterranean food, the second time we chose the Caribbean food. Both were amazing.

   This is a gem. Been going here for several years and find the menu and the chef and all who work there to be welcoming. Had a squash soup that was a meal in itself. Parking, by the way, is plentiful, easy and free. Enjoy.

   Great food, we ordered the jerk chicken, the meat just fell off the bone and the chicken kababs which were also flavorful with great portions. Good cocktails and the service was nice and quick.
