Recreating and interpreting traditional Neapolitan dishes, ‘O Munaciello is a full-menu restaurant and pizzeria located in the MiMo district of Miami. The restaurant has its roots as one of the most celebrated restaurants in Florence, Italy. ‘O Munaciello uses local produce and fine imported goods to create dishes found nowhere else in the South Florida region. Its pizzas are even baked in a made-to-measure brick oven handmade in Naples, Italy. I made a reservation for a part of three and the table was very small. When the 3 individual pizzas came, we didn't have enough space for drinks and glasses.

Totally lives up to the hype. Its a chill Italian casual vibe. Not formal or fancy, but the food is killer and as homey and good as it gets. Outside of my nonna's kitchen, the meatballs were amazing, the bread perfect, good quality oil and balsamic, and of course the Bolognese and pizza were outstanding... Nothing is a 10 out of 10 in this world, but this is close.

Great food, great service. The pizzas are truly world class. Eating inside a Maradona shrine is fun also. My only critique is that it's maybe a little too pet-friendly. Let's use the outdoor seating for the guests with a large dog. Just one guest's opinion.
