   Enjoyed 3 lovely meals here when we stayed at the Riverbend Inn for our mini-moon. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious and the staff were so great. It was nice to see familiar faces on a day-to-day basis too.

   We had a lovely lunch at Riverbend. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious. They didn’t mind us lingering there all afternoon. We’ll be back!

   Beautiful place and amazing food, as usual. I just don’t like the new menu forcing each person to order 2 courses compulsory. Another thing, they kept saying when I made the reservation that they are fully booked and when we arrived the restaurant was nearly empty and there only 3-4 tables occupied.

   Thank you for taking the time to review Oaklands Restaurant. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the food and view! We apologize that it was not explained to you that you can order individual courses. I will review with your server. Being a small restaurant, the weather that day was calling for rain so we took steps to ensure every reservation would fit into our dining room. As the weather changes quickly in Niagara-on-the-lake, we were able to open our patio up which gave us more availability. Apologies for the confusion. We hope to see you again next season!
