Visité este lugar con grandes expectativas debido a la buena reputación de su ambiente. Sin embargo, mi experiencia fue una gran decepción en varios aspectos: Ambiente: El lugar tiene un ambiente agradable, que inicialmente nos hizo pensar que estábamos en el lugar correcto para pasar una buena noche. Acceso: A pesar de tener una reservación a las 9:00 p.m., no se nos permitió el acceso hasta después de las 9:30 p.m. Esto nos hizo perder tiempo valioso y contribuyó a nuestra insatisfacción desde el inicio. El Show: Lamentablemente, el espectáculo fue una gran decepción. No solo empezó tarde, sino que también duró muy poco. Esto afectó gravemente nuestra experiencia, ya que esperábamos una noche completa de entretenimiento. Ventilación: El espacio está mal ventilado, lo que resultó en una noche incómodamente calurosa. Esto hizo que la estancia fuera menos agradable y nos sentimos sofocados durante gran parte de la noche. Atención del Personal: La atención de los meseros dejó mucho que desear. No solo tardaron en atendernos, sino que su actitud fue poco profesional. Hubo demoras significativas para cualquier solicitud que hicimos, y en ningún momento sentimos que estuvieran interesados en brindar un buen servicio. Comida: La oferta gastronómica es limitada. Solo sirven botanas, lo que no es suficiente si planeas pasar allí toda la noche. Un menú más variado definitivamente mejoraría la experiencia. Propina: Para colmo, nos cobraron un 20% de propina sin ningún tipo de justificación en base al servicio recibido. Esto fue lo más frustrante, considerando la calidad del servicio. En resumen, este lugar tiene potencial debido a su buen ambiente, pero necesita mejorar significativamente en la puntualidad en el acceso, la duración de sus shows, ventilación del espacio, calidad del servicio, y variedad de la comida. Además, la política de propinas debería ser revisada para reflejar mejor la experiencia del cliente.

El ambiente y el show fue increíble, sin embargo, a la hora de pagar fue algo complicado porque la mesera fue muy muy grosera, y al ser el último momento de la noche, se queda un mal sabor de boca.

Kenia estuvo increíble como alejando Guzmán, súper graciosa y mucho contacto con el público, increíble imitadora, sin embargo nany parecía un poco apagada e incluso incomoda.

No respetan las promociones. Anunciaron la cerveza a 25 y bebidas al 2x1 y no hicieron valido ninguna de las dos.

Buen ambiente, buen show. Hace calor, tienen pocas salidas de aire. No hay mucha opción para comer, solo papas, cacahuates y palomitas, básicamente.
