    Ocean Prime never disappoints. Food was excellent. Great way to celebrate our 35th anniversary. Our table was laced with rose petals and our waiter was very attentive to our needs. Only recommendation is the steak knife needed a charaded edge to cut my steak.

    We usually have an outstanding meal and experience here. My husband has dietary restrictions that are usually well accommodated. Last night he had to send his salmon back twice. The rest of us were finished with our meal before his finally came out. I had spoken in advance to staff to make sure we treated the other couple. The server still brought 2 separate checks and I had to tell her we had already taken care of it. Very disappointing for one of my favorite Naples restaurants!

    Another great dinner and experience - with the exception of the next table over - very loud people, which was a deterrent to having a conversation between my husband and myself. I realise the restaurant cannot control these kinds of patrons, but it is a bit frustrating.

    One of the worst Filet I’ve ever had.. ordered wagyu and it was tough and overcooked and tasted bland. We waited almost 20 in to order while we watched our server take another tables order first that came in 10 min after us, another 15min to get our drinks, a coke and a lychee martini that wasn’t even close to a lychee martini other than some lychee syrup mixed with some vodka and then, never asked if we wanted another drink the entire time we sat there “2.5 hrs”, thank god for the lady that kept refreshing our water glasses. The side dishes, I give a 3 out of 5.. they were just average. After we complained about the steaks, the server basically ignored us for the remainder of the time we were there. Only positive was, the manager comped the steaks that we didn’t eat.
