At Odeum Restaurant, Chef Calisi combines Roman and Greek cuisine with Spanish influences, and includes his creative and fun flair to traditional dishes. The Chef spares no expense with the best octopus imported from Spain and the salmon imported from Scotland, fresh local organic vegetables, and grass-fed beef from Australia and the Midwest, yet provides his customers with a reasonably priced menu, fit for every budget. Chef Calisi has not only trained with the very best in his field at the finest restaurants in New York and Italy, but also has a Michelin star to tuck in his toque, which he received during his tenure as Executive Chef and Partner at Dio Deka in Los Gatos. At Odeum, Chef Calisi gives each customer a Michelin Star experience, from his personal welcoming at the door, to his phenomenal culinary masterpieces, and exquisite plating and presentation.

Odeum as really turned a corner (like a 180) for the better since the last time we dined there over a year ago. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!! They have all new staff from our last dining experience (which had terrible service). The dining room also seemed like there were furniture upgrades etc for a more swanky vibe. We’re delighted and will definitely be going back.

We had a lovely brunch on the patio on Sunday. Luckily, weather was sunny so it was perfect outside. Food was delicious and servers were nice. The place was unusually not crowded so we enjoyed a less noisy meal.

Seated at reservation time, hostess and waitress were super nice. Food was great, really great. Kurobota chop was mind blowing. Even the salad my wife ordered and couldn’t finish - I was already full but could not stop eating that salad! Should be Michelin reccomended or even Mstar. Reccomend from prior visits - get a pizza! Even if you just get to take home for later, which i have done on multiple occasions. (Compare Odeum to Mentone).

Great service, very interesting ambiance. Our wine was excellent, my rack of lamb was not the best, but my partners chilean sea bass was excellent and the portion was large enough that she left about half of the crispy tai rice for me, which was sublime with the sauce on the plate, and then the chocolate skillet tarte, oh my God, simply the best I've ever had.
