The food was really good with great music being played by the DJ. All the staff were attentive and looked like having so much fun whilst working which added to our experience

Been here twice before and gave 5 stars. Last night was put upstairs very close to 2 large xmas party groups. I had specifically asked to be downstairs in a booth when I booked. My group of 3 couldn't hear each other talk. The food, which has previously been delicious, came over cooked for 2 of us who had the same dish. It tasted slightly burned and was hard. The service, which was also usually faultless, was rushed. My friend literally had her dinner thrown in front of her. Our server didn't ask if we needed anything else. I then had to try and get someone's attention to get some vinegar and ketchup, which took 5 minutes, whilst my dinner was going cold. We then had them hovering and reminding 3 times they needed our table back when we still had 15 minutes left of our booked time, and was still buying cocktails and spending money. I know it is Christmas and a busy time, but our first visit was last Mid-December and had an amazing experience. Just a bit disappointed.

Had the festive menu, but the Christmas turkey was more like a school dinner or ready meal unfortunately. Tasteless undercooked roast potatoes, over-boiled sprouts, pre-cut carrots and the turkey wasn't good. Service was friendly and attentive up until we were given a 5 minute warning to leave the table before their next booking when we still had full drinks. We should have been told what time they needed the table back at the start, so that was disappointing to have to rush off. Overall, not a great experience.

Service was not at a high standards. When food was served, we had so ask for napkins and cutlery, even then we only received 2 napkins for 4 people. No one checked on us after the food had been served. One of the steaks was overcooked. We couldn’t manage to get someone’s attention. At the end of the meal, the waiter annoyingly repeated himself that he was ready to take last orders at 11 pm and when I requested a cup of coffee, I was told that coffee machine was turned off. No one checked whether we wanted any drink either. We were very rushed and felt very uncomfortable.
