   Everything was great as usual. I really enjoy the vast beer selection. The food quality always exceeds my expectations. The only complaint is the 3% service charge for using a credit card. I understand they are only passing along the bank charge. I also think this is better than a flat charge for everyone as they have done in the past. I prefer to use a credit card and do not want to see these charges everywhere so that is why I rated 4 stars as opposed to 5. I recommend they absorb the charge as the cost of doing business and raise prices as needed.

   Experience was excellent. The food and service were good and the noise level was acceptable. They are charging 3% for credit card usage.. That’s not a good idea. When this happens, something has to give. That usually is the tip. People end up paying less tip.

   My dad and I spontaneously needed somewhere to meet up for a glass of wine and some apps in the area, but I had my puppy with me so options were limited. It was a chilly evening—too cold to sit outside, if it weren’t for the bus boys and servers that went totally above and beyond to situate to heaters around our booth. It was literally perfect. Bundled up and the only people on the patio, I noticed and appreciated that the table (including all the space under and around it) was CLEAN. A detail overlooked by too many places. My chihuahua was being… a chihuahua. The server was very kind about that—which is very generous. One more shoutout to the busboys because they were exceptional. Food was a 10/10, delicious. Wings, Crab dip, and clam chowder. Great experience. Thank you!

   We come here a lot because our work is 5 minutes away. Our office is here at least once or twice a week. The service here is always horrible. Took forever to get our drinks ordered. I had to wave a server over and then she acted like everything was fine. Then took forever to get the server back to order food. We all almost finished our drink before I had to wave someone down. Takes our order, I asked to substitute bun for lettuce. They gave me my meal as a wrap and the wrong dressing for my salad. They need to hire more servers. We will be going to Granite City going forward.

    Portions were small for the price + they are starting to charge 3% for credit cards which is a first for me at a restaurant chain. Although a nice place, I won’t be coming back - not worth what I spent.
