Welcome to Olea, Cellar. Craft. Cook located in Newport Beach. OLEA, named for a genus of trees that flourish in warm and tropical regions throughout the Mediterranean region.
Our menu features seasonal ingredients of the highest quality that are prepared daily from scratch. Menu selections include exceptional meats, flavorful seafood, handpicked produce from our garden, and diverse beverage selections. We have over 25 wines by the glass, 10 craft beers, and a full bar featuring a wide variety of craft cocktails. We use the best possible ingredients and techniques to ensure that every drink served is an experience. Only fresh fruit and hand-squeezed citrus juices are used every day. We use premium spirits and pour all of our sodas and mixers from bottles. At Olea we take great pride in the Art of the Cocktail. Cheers!

Requested a booth for 2 for birthday celebration so we could sit next to each other. They honored request and even included a birthday desert complimentary. The waiter was friendly with great recommendations. The food was served quickly and was prepared as requested. The filet was awesome. Definitely a place I would visit again.

This is a fantastic restaurant and a fantastic dinner. We had multiple apps, along with some mains, and dessert and coffee. We had a two hour dinner and it was fantastic. (but plenty of people were in and out much quicker than we were). Definitely has a bit of a spot vibe, but at the same time there were a few families with kids, lots of older people, people in their 20s, basically the demographic and ages was all over the map. Great restaurant. Will return.

We were very impressed by the food and the service! The staff was pleasant and professional and overall it was a great experience. There were four of us and we started with oysters, the rosemary focaccia bread and the Brussels sprouts with pork belly. All were delicious and good sized for starters! Our mains were the daily fish dish - striped bass- and the schnitzel. Super tasty! It had been a couple of yrs since we had been here - life happens - so we were happy to make a reacquaintance.

We had a party of 6 and were seated in the wine room. Lovely for us and we did not disturb the other guests. The menu was excellent and varied enough for our entire group. Our waitress did a fantastic job. Great find!

The food was absolutely delicious! Our party of 4 shared several starters and split a couple of entrees. They offer many specialty cocktails and wonderful wines. The ambiance and the service was excellent! We had a wonderful evening celebrating birthdays and friendship!
