   We got overcharged twice once at the bar and then again at our table. Waited 30 minutes for our table with a reservation. The restaurant was so loud. Also seems like they shoved in as many tables as they could possible fit so we were in the walking paths of servers and patrons getting bumped throughout our dinner.

   This experience was unfortunate. We decided to come here for the ambiance and the menu looked promising. Unfortunately, this experience was clouded by the service. We came to celebrate my sister’s birthday here which the hostess and the Sommelier were aware of. Our experience felt like we were very much neglected. We understood the busy-ness of the restaurant but our waitress did not come to check on us once while we watched her check on all other tables, explain the menus, and give them her time and attention. Whether this was intentional or not, it made us feel over looked as customers. Our busser and Sommelier were great, however, we were told because we were here for a birthday, we would receive a treat from the restaurant. While we of course did not expect anything, it was disappointing to have this told to us and for it not be followed up on. The ambiance was decked out for the holidays which made it very scenic but this may not be the place if you are looking for attentiveness in your service. All in all, it’s unfortunate but we will not be back.

   Disappointing in every way. Soup was cold - sent jt back. Panini was bland and worse they forgot to grill it. Asked for a side of marinara to spice jt up and wait for jt…came out ice cold. Are you kidding? French fries served with a panini in an Italian restaurant? The whole show needs work.

   We had 3 different waiters who did not coordinate. Our main waitress did not bring my wine until halfway through my main course and never apologized for anything. She seemed cold and it made for a bad experience for a night we were celebrating. Extremely disappointed

   This is our second time in this lovely place, and this time was exceptional. We ordered seafood platter and pasta with pesto sauce. they were delicious! then chicken parm and steak! super tender and tasty! the final touch was panna cotta and still remember it! the server was zack and he got the best service! thank you, we will be back!

   Excellent hospitality from the hostess and all wait staff! Beautifully decorated for the holidays. I look forward to coming back in a couple of weeks.

   Love the space, the food was good and we had a nice dinner. The service was spotty. It took 15 mins for our sever to greet us but otherwise enjoyable evening.

   It was a poor experience from the beginning. The hostess was rude when I arrived, demanding the entire party be directly in front of her when they were just standing off to the side. The ambiance was okay with Christmas decor everywhere. However, the noise level was overwhelming. We could barely hear each other talk without raising our own voices, which just added to the crowd noise. The food, though, was the real disappointment. The pork shank while cooked nicely had barely any flavor with the saddest excuse of mashed potatoes and limp vegetables. Even just salt would have made it better! Pasta was served lukewarm. Branzino tasted better, but the small filet seemed lonely with sides sprinkled around as an afterthought. Overall: overhyped and under-delivered. Glad we went so can say we did but won’t return.

    It’s took 15 minutes to seat us. Very crowded The waiter forgot to put out food order in He was very nice. Just wasn’t the best experience
