We had a bad experience, we ordered a lunch menu that included chicken and vegetables and the chicken was overcooked (rubbery) and the sauce flavorless (tasted like water). They changed it to pasta in pomodoro sauce and the pasta was overcooked as well to the point it was mushy too bland. The service was lacking and the waiter overflowed my glass with water making the whole table wet and he also dropped the sparkling wine of my glass so my glass was all wet to the point I had to clean it. I had high expectations, specially since I've been in other locations.

Didn’t realize the Pride Parade was going right by the front door during my meal. Had I known, I would have never gone. Not only was it impossible to get to, the noise from outside was unbearable. The techno music over the house speakers didn’t help. Zero ambiance! The drinks were watered down and not tasty. I ordered caponata, and was supposed to receive bread with that. Instead, we got three pita slivers, for two people, and we were charged $4, without warning, for three more. The six eggplant ravioli were boring and tasteless. I had to ask for extra pesto because there was barely a hint on each ravioli. Towards the end of our meal we noticed we were never given bread and olives at the onset (but everyone around us was). The only good thing about this place was that our waitress was engaging, polite, and apologized profusely for all of the shortcomings. She graciously provided complimentary after dinner drinks to ease the pain. Overall, was very disappointed and would not recommend.

The food was delicious! We would come again. But the service was a little spotty. Server was attentive at first but then not at all. There was no clear person paying attention to us, no one ever asked if we wanted drink refills, for example. There were some large groups dining at the same time as us, which may have contributed to this, not sure, but I would advocate for more consistency here. Thanks!

Went with a colleague for lunch. There were very few patrons when we arrived. They took forever to bring our food. The people sitting next to us arrived long after we did and they finished their food before we got ours. We received bread shortly before the food. When I inquired about the food the wait staff was extremely rude. Never apologized us for the very long delay. Didn't ask if we wanted more drinks and didn't offer dessert. I chose the place and was very disappointed I brought someone else here. Terrible experience. The food was okay but nothing extraordinary.

The atmosphere is warm and elegant, perfect for a special dinner, and the food was delicious. Special mention to Ramón, our server, who did an excellent job: attentive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. Thanks to him, the experience was even better. I’ll definitely be back!

We had great appetizers but the mains were not as good. Dessert was a disappointment overcooked chocolate cake, it failed to mention that it had almond extract. Service was great but at the end server seemed to disappear.

Waited probably 25 minutes for drinks and there was a somm and when we asked if we could get recs from them they were never available. We also didn’t get food for 1.5 hours into being sat. We ordered a special they said was a meat tortellini but it was butternut squash (to be fair, they did not charge us for it). Food and drinks were generally good but we weren’t expecting to be there for 2.5 hours.

Had a really great dinner here. The pasta was super fresh and flavorful, and the branzino was spot on — crispy skin, tender and cooked just right. Our server, Gabriela, was great — friendly, attentive, and just made the experience better. Great vibes, great food. I will be back. Only negative was it was really loud on a Friday evening.

I had an amazing experience on Tuesday for dinner. The espresso martini, the orecchiette, and the service were excellent.
