For our first time in Merida, I discovered this restaurant based on people’s reviews and I am glad I did. Everything was great, from the ambiance to the service, the food and the wine. We walked from our hotel and in the dark the walk in that street y set construction seemed a little sketchy but no problem at the end. A must.

We went for lunch on Tuesday - and the restaurant was nearly empty - which meant we had very attentive service - which we appreciated. The food was good, if not amazing, and the presentation was nice. The restaurant ambience is neutral (boring) modern but impeccably clean.

Un solo mesero para atender 4 mesas, el servicio no fue lo que se espera de ese lugar y más cuando ya lo hemos visitado antes, las ensaladas y la pasta hecha en casa es excelente pero la pesca del día no parecía del día.

Siempre una alternativa obligada, para comidas de negocios. Excelente servicio y comida. Una carta de bebidas y mixologia bastante amplia. Servicio muy atento; regresaremos. Por el momento, hay trabajos de reparación de las calles alrededor del restaurante; deben tomar en cuenta que sí cuesta un poco encontrar parqueo.

The food here was fabulous. The service we received from Jesus was exceptional as well. My partner enjoyed the Burrata appetized which was amazing and I enjoyed the Meatball and Brussels Sprouts app which was also amazing. The appetizer sizes were quite large, and very suitable for sharing between 2-3 people for a lighter start. Our mains were amazing as well. The service Jesus provided was excellent. He was there when we needed him and was quietly maintaining a tidy table when we were immersed in conversation. 5 Stars for Jesus. I will be returning to Oliva every time I am in Merida from now on.

A "can't miss" in Mérida! The food is fantastic and the service is great. Truly some of the best Italian food I've ever had.

Food was great as usual. Service was friendly and efficient. Drinks and wine were good. A lot of construction going on atriums the restaurant. They can’t help it but there literally was a jackhammer right outside the window next to our table banging away for about half the meal. Again, or their fault bit it did take away from the experience.
