   Truly fantastic experience. Beautiful atmosphere, amazing service, strong drinks, and delicious food. My wife and I loved everything about this restaurant. We cannot wait to return!

   Friday night was busy. Restaurant getting popular with locals. Good overall quality and food. Service was good even though it was clearly busy. Staff genuinely cares. The hit here is fresh made pasta.

   I had a wife's birthday dinner at Oliver's trattoria. It was a great experience having Italian food. Taste and serving were also perfect. I'll visit again with my family in the future.

   Back after several months and had another wonderful experience. The food, service and ambiance were on point. Have to always start with the Fritto Misto. Love the mix of calamari, shrimp, zucchini and anchovies with the arrabbiata sauce. The seafood pasta in the light tomato sauce was cooked to al dente perfection and really loved the fresh tomatoes that added the right amount brightness to the dish. The highlight was the veal chop special in a rich porcini mushroom sauce. It was perfectly cooked, succulent, tender and flavorful. Best part is all the dishes were served hot so you know they were just finished in the kitchen. No waiting under a heat lamp. The kitchen and server staff were really in sync. We finished with a rich but still light berry panna cotta. Will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend.

   Food was delicious. My daughter and I decided to take my wife to Oliver’s Trattoria to celebrate Mother’s Day. My wife ordered the lasagna and it was outstanding. I also loved the seafood pasta I ordered. Unfortunately our experience with the server was not positive (he was an older man, neither of us remember his name). The three of us thought our server was rude and pushy, although he seemed to think he was being funny. His comments were tasteless and he barely checked on us. His assistants - the men who brought the food to the table- were very nice, though. I doubt we’ll go back based on our first experience there.
