Opening December 10th, 2023! Chef Erik De Marchi is excited to bring his cuisine from Emilia-Romagna to Irvine with Oliver's Trattoria. Featuring homemade pasta and pizza and a full bar.     I've been to Oliver's several times with my GF. Food and service is always excellent. However, it's very pricey especially for being in a shopping center sharing a parking lot with Albertsons. I do recommend it for the food and service.

    Food was great - server seemed impatient and didn’t really explain anything. Ambience is very nice. It is definitely a place we will return to, just wish server had been more patient.

    Another outstanding evening at Oliver’s Trattoria the food was excellent. The staff was exceptional and our waiter of Victor always the best. This is truly a great restaurant in Orange County. Thanks for the staff and especially Victor.

    The food was just OK. We had meatballs and pizza, the meatballs were only warm (although cooked) and the Pizza likewise needed another 5-10 minutes in the oven. Disappointing as we love Oliver’s Osteria in Laguna Beach and we’re really looking forward to this.

    Was our first time at Oliver’s Trattoria we had a group of 8 and everyone loved it. Most of us had the Osso Buco it excellant. This restaurant came highly recommend by Chef Pascal and friends. We will for sure will be going back.

    This was our first visit and since we were going to be in the area due to a doctors appointment we chose Oiliver's. Boy, what a great choice. The restaurant is decorated absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Our server, Athos, was great! He was on top of everything we ordered and helped us with our selections. We live about 15 minutes away and we have already made up our mind to travel to Oliver's instead of going to the local Italian restaurants nearer us. And, we're coming to the Thanksgiving dinner!! Can't wait!
