Opening December 10th, 2023! Chef Erik De Marchi is excited to bring his cuisine from Emilia-Romagna to Irvine with Oliver's Trattoria. Featuring homemade pasta and pizza and a full bar.     3 of us went for lunch. We shared the speck pizza and it was delicious! The crust was crisp and chewy - so good. My friend had the lasagna. It was a huge portion and was so good. My husband had the salmon. He loved it! It came with veggies and potatoes. I was not that hungry so ordered the soup of the day which was lentil soup. It was a nice portion and was also very tasty. Service by Victor was excellent. He was very efficient and had a great sense of humor. Great restaurant !

    What a fantastic restaurant! The food is very good and the staff are polite, helpful and very efficient. They always have interesting "Specials". Very happy that Oliver's Trattoria is so close to us. Well done to all of you.

    A very good dining experience. Some highlights - the Burrata and pear and persimmon appetizer, the black truffle menu, the chilean sea bass, and the desserts were delightful. Our only complaint (anti is a minor one) was that the Chitarra Cacio e Pepe (one of their specialties) could have used a bit more black pepper. Otherwise, all would be 5 stars.
