ONA Coffee Sydney is a showcase coffee bar of Australian specialty coffee roaster, ONA Coffee. Founded in 2008 by former World Barista Champion, Saša Šestic, ONA Coffee is dedicated to sharing amazing coffees from around the world, as well as the incredible stories and experiences of the people who grow them. With locations in Canberra, Melbourne & Sydney, we aim to transform the process of drinking coffee into an unforgettable experience.
Our approach is simple - we aim to take the best, natural characteristics of coffees from various countries and regions of the world, and share them in the most appropriate format.
With engaging and personalised coffee service, a range of unique specialty blends, and an extensive 'Coffee Cellar' of rare and special frozen coffees, ONA Coffee Sydney is a destination to enjoy, experience and explore the world of coffee, paired with a seasonal and locally sourced food menu curated by our head chef Roger Peeters.

We love hand drip coffee and they have a nice selection of beans here. The baristas are knowledgeable and you can get the full spectrum of taste from their coffee. Bora our barista was so helpful and fun. We sat at the bar counter to watch her make our coffee and the food was good. Had a great experience.

Been multiple times. Always a great experience at the bar.
Food is fantastic. I’m dairy free and they’re always kind enough to accomodate on a menu that at first glance might kill me but they’re very understanding.
Coffee experience: if you’re sitting at the bar and it’s not crazy busy it’s fantastic. They know what they’re talking about. If it is busy it can take a while to be served on the odd occasion.
The takeaways: Always incredible. The quality is super high.
Will continue coming and will continue to recommend. Its an institution.
