Superb brunch at a relaxed pace. We didn’t feel rushed at all, every member of the team were friendly and knowledgeable providing excellent service. The food was beautifully presented and delicious.

We had the tasting menu. Every course was excellent, the food was delicious. The service was also excellent and the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

We had brunch at the bar - slow service, invaded by anime con delegates. Seating was poor. Food was ok, but not given the same options as others - no toasties for us, but available for others. The bar and lounge area was overrun with anime con delegates, not to the calm standard of the five star hotel advertised. In the evening we went to the restaurant. We should have known a quiet restaurant in the city centre on a Saturday night was not a good sign. There were only 4 tables occupied including ours. Food portions were small, especially main courses. Food was bland. The side that came with each main course was EITHER potatoes or vegetables, really?? Service was fine, but nothing extraordinary. Will we be back - probably not

Never been before and meal was fairly standard quality Hotel food despite this being a "Tasting Menu". Staff very friendly but perhaps a little under-trained , presumably not their fault. No real value in the meal and I can't really recommend it as loads of more worthy options locally. Sorry
