Perhaps my expectations were too high, or maybe we just had bad luck. Our food arrived later than that of other tables, which contributed to my disappointment. We ordered lunch specials: the kimchee jjigae with pork was undercooked, lacking the rich aroma of pork fat, and the spicy pork was also not up to standard. Additionally, the 냉면 noodles were hard and not smooth. The servers seemed overwhelmed and did not check on our table frequently. Overall, the service was just okay. I don't think I would return for lunch, but I might consider trying dinner next time.

We had lunch menu, 2 bulgogi and 2 galbi set. Bulgogi portion was very small, like one portion for $38/person, $27/person for galbi set. Bandhan was just okay.

I made a reservation for a party of three at 12:30 PM and received a confirmation text from the restaurant. However, when I arrived with my guests, the small waiting area near the elevator was packed with people. Upon approaching the hostess, I was informed that no table would be available for another hour. She suggested we could sit separately at the bar instead. I have dined at this restaurant three times before and had positive experiences, which is why I chose it for this lunch. My guests had adjusted their schedules to join me, making it all the more embarrassing when we were told to sit apart at the bar and that certain menu items wouldn’t be available to us there. The hostess was neither apologetic nor friendly, and her attitude came across as dismissive, essentially saying, “Take it or leave it.” It was a very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I have another reservation scheduled for next week with a client, made before this incident. While I hesitate to inconvenience my client by changing the venue, I am strongly considering it. After this experience, I would not want to return to this restaurant at all.
