   We arrived early for our reservation and were seated at our table instead of the bar, which was fine. However, the waiter made an odd comment about not seating parties unless everyone was present, despite the hostess having seated us. While I understand the importance of table turnover, I felt this was an internal issue that shouldn't have been discussed with us, the customers. Overall, the service was great, but next time, it would be better for the staff to address such matters privately. Left a bad taste in my mouth and clearly the waiters bc he felt he was loosing money.

   The experience at Openaire this morning was so such a lovely way to spend our first meal of 2025. The staff was very special . So warm , attentive , intentional and present ! We truly felt like guests in someone's home . The food matched the rest of the sweet vibe at Openaire . If we lived closer we would come more often . h and when we left they also greeted us a warm goodbye and showed appreciation for us coming.

   The food was ok. Some of the entrees were good and some were just not worth the hype. Service depends upon person to person. There were two servers for us; the guy was not paying attention to what we were saying or prioritizing and was concerned for the other party which was big. On the other hand, the girl was really nice and made sure if we are taken care of and need anything. Pretty mixed review on this place. Not sure if it’s worth coming back.

   Everything was excellent. Eggs Benedict, cinnamon roll, chicken sausage, poke appetizer, and almond milk lattes. Brunch menu. Great!

   We ended up walking out before ordering. They would not seat us where requested and instead sat us outside in the cold . The menu had been changed to brunch only and the music was way too loud, and sounded like we were at a night club. They said they had contacted all reservations the day before about the menu change, but that was not true. There are way too many good restaurants in LA to waste your time here.

   Almost a month ago, Dtagon was lovely to assist with getting clarification on the reservations and updating it to more people and arranging a nice table. When we arrived for Christmas, the host and hostess took care to sort out my guests and made us all feel Welcome.  we asked for some special request so we could take pictures with our glasses and champagne and they accommodate it and we’re most helpful. The food was great, we had a lovely time and will definitely be back.! A lovely start to our Christmas Day!

    Service was lovely and the restaurant is beautiful. The food was just ok. We ordered 7 different items for the table and none of them were too impressive other than the prime rib. Would go back again for date night drinks but probably not for dinner.
