   Beautiful bar and fantastic servers! Josh answered all our questions about the spa and hotel and other amenities, he was so welcoming and informative. Food was amazing! We will be back for sure.

   This was our second try at a David Burke restaurant, the other was 1776 in Morristown, and both experiences were exactly the same. The design and atmosphere are great, the service impeccable but the food is simply mediocre. 2 of the 4 main courses were over cooked and dry while the other 2 were underwhelming. There will not be a 3rd time.

   Wife and I had a very nice dinner experience. Our server knew the menu in detail and made some excellent recommendations what we found to be spot on. The food was delicious and nicely plated. We had beet salad, cheese poppers, shrimp & scallops, filet mignon and a fabulous apple tart. Had a lovely view of the lighted trees outside.

   Orchard Park is a place we’ve been visiting for years, and it’s always a special experience. The consistency in quality and atmosphere keeps us coming back. Their holiday drinks this season were outstanding—creative and delicious! We especially loved the Clark Griswold, the Grinch, Sticky Bandits, and Jessica Rabbit. Every visit feels festive and memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great time and unique flavors!

   My husband and I had been hearing about Orchard Park for a while. We were hoping it would be a little different for what we come to expect from David Burke. We had the opportunity to dine at several of his former/current restaurants and always left feeling our main meals were subpar. Orchard Park, while beautiful, proved to be consistent with our previous experiences, only this time just the apps (lobster dumplings, pretzel crab, and wedge salad) and drinks stood out as something special. We opted for a steak and the salmon, which were overpriced for the quality. My husband asked for medium rare, received medium with no sear. My salmon was, also, slightly overcooked but had a great sear. However, the pesto risotto under the fish was mush. Our dessert choice was the Fall pavlova. While it possessed great flavor, it was a true meringue, hard throughout. It should have been soft and fluffy on the inside. It was so hard that it was challenging to break apart to eat. We would come back but only to sit in the bar for a few apps and drinks while listening to live music.

    From the moment we arrived everything was smooth sailing. The restaurant was impressive and I loved the open kitchen. The hostess promptly greeted me and showed us to our table. Our waiter was very charming and the food was delicious! We started with the lobster dumplings, (which were outrageously good), and the angry clams and mussel dish. I had the beef Wellington and my partner had the dry aged ribeye. Everything was perfectly done and our waiter was very attentive. We ended up taking our dessert home. The yule log was so yummy. Will definitely go back.
