   We had an amazing experience! The server Stefano was incredible, very friendly and amazing service all around. The food was great but the desserts definitely took the crown as the best. Would definitely recommend this place again!

   My husband and I went here for Valentine’s Day and we paid for a 3 course set menu. We were extremely disappointed with the first course, we were served rolled up cucumbers which looked like it was meant for a garnish. I was starving and so disappointed that we didn’t even get any bread. When you pay $100 per person, you expect to have something substantial. A salad would have been much nicer. The entrees were tasty, we had the steak and the ravioli. However, the steak dish came with fried potatoes and it was very plain. There should have been a nice sauce or some sort of aioli that comes with your potatoes. The ravioli was very good, but unfortunately no protein in the dish. Unfortunately I don’t think we would go back here, we left feeling unsatisfied and they basically rushed us out of there.

   I usually never post reviews but here we go. The overall restaurant aesthetic was nice however, the overall experience was bad. The seating was terrible, we were seated right next to another couple on the same table and it felt a little uncomfortable as there was no privacy or space to have a special experience. The appetizer's tasted mid and the portions were extremely small... I'm not sure how that small plate was considered a shareable. The only good item on the menu was the truffle ravioli which was made to perfection! I can tell the ravioli was made fresh and in house and the sauce had exceptional flavour. My only feedback would be the portion size once again. For desert, we were handed 1 plate with 1 small slice of tiramisu with 2 mini cones for TWO people. Remind me again how TWO people can enjoy ONE small slice of tiramisu... If the price reflected the portions, it would have been understandable but I paid 200$ for mid, small portioned food sitting in a packed uncomfortable table with no space or privacy. Oretta is overrated and disappointed the expectations I had for this place. I wouldn't recommend or come back.

   We went for a Valentines Day Prie Fix menu. It was truly mediocre. It felt like low quality high volume food that had been purchased for the evening. Not special. Food arrived lukewarm instead of hot. Servers in pajamas, strange. It felt like eating better quality DisneyLand food sans floor performance. Won't go back. So so mediocre.

   Your website has to be updated as it has the incorrect menu and Happy Hour dates and times need to be changed.

   The waitress was never around, 35 mins to order a drink from when we sat down, dinner took 3 hours despite there only being about 12 tables full in the whole restaurant! Did the Winterlicious menu - it took forever to get each course. The burrata was unimpressive - big serving size yes, but actually too much for one person and lacked any flavour. Very watery too.

   My experience at Oretta was exceptional. From the food to the service it could not have been better. We went there to celebrate a birthday and they went above and beyond what we were ever expecting. We were able to bring in our own cake and they even refrigerated it and served it to us with candles on it. Our server was incredible; she was so helpful and kind the entire time. Could not recommend this place enough for a special occasion or even just to enjoy a dinner out!
