   Super disappointed to have booked a dinner, drove all the way out to the location to only find it closed. You could have frozen reservations to avoid wasting customers time. Wanted to see the hype about this new place and pulled up to a hand scribbled note closed for unforeseen circumstances.

   We went to make our 6:45pm reservation only to find a note on the door that the place is closed. Nobody called to tell us that our reservation would not be able to be kept. Very disappointed.

   This Gilbert location had a fire and closed on thanksgiving. Yelp and open table are still taking reservations only have guests show up to a shuttered restaurant. The host at the restaurant next door where we ended up said they get people everyday who have a reservation here that end up salvaging dinner at their place.

   Super frustrated with the restaurant or open table. They let us book a reservation here but it was closed and has been. We should’ve been notified before setting up a sitter for our date night and driving here!

   Apparently they have been closed over a month but haven’t taken their reservation system offline on open table. So, I suggest calling to see that they’re even open again before booking. We booked here and showed up and a sign on the door said,”closed due to unforeseen circumstances.” Which was a huge disappointment. My husband and I walked to Blu seafood which turned out to be a delight, so that was the saving grace. There we overheard someone else talking to the staff that had a similar experience say that there was a fire at the restaurant and they’d been closed since the beginning of December. First of all, why not just say there was a fire? That is far more understandable than “unforeseen circumstances “. Secondly, that is more than enough time to take booking off open table. I’m so disappointed that even if and when they do open again I won’t be going back. If they had been upfront, honest, and done the right things I absolutely would have waited.

   They canceled our reservation and I couldn’t connect to a live person. Turns out they unexpectedly closed. Bummer because it was our anniversary.

   Due to undisclosed circumstances, this restaurant cancelled my reservation two hours before we were scheduled to arrive. Disappointed, because at that late hour we were left unable to secure a table elswhere. Was excited to have a new dining option in Gilbert, unfortunately the growing pains seem to be too much to this place to overcome. I wish them luck but after leaving us high and dry I won’t feel comfortable giving them another chance for awhile, if ever.

   The whole experience was exceptional. We had a party of 8, and the service and timing were perfect. The food was top-notch! We will definitely be back.

   Went at 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday. They seated us right away, but seated us outside, which i didn't request. It was chilly, requested the heat tower to be turned on, was told it was out of propane, yet it was turned on roughly 30 minutes later (never swapped propane). Service was very slow, I order a bottle of still water for the table, was told they were out of glasses so we'd have to use wine glasses, but it took another 10-15 minutes to get the glasses. Food was excellent, no complaints there. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive, just seemed like her service was held hostage by other staff and overall disorganization.

    Absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back. Great food, beautiful atmosphere and the best margaritas!
