Original Joe's is a place that welcomes everyone. We have craveable classics, down-to-earth vibes and a friendly team looking to brighten your day! Regina is home of our beloved Saskatchewan Roughriders and many tourist attractions. All destinations are within a short distance of Original Joe's on South Albert Street! After taking in a football game, shopping at the Golden Mile Mall or just enjoying the Queen City, a comforting OJ's meal can satisfy all your cravings.                 Was seated after arriving with reservation. Immediately notice that all tables including mine had glasses of still water pre-poured. In this day and age, leaving a customers glass/beverage unattended is not acceptable. Why would anyone drink from a glass of water just left there unattended? Clocked it, and was 15 mins without any staff even looking at us, let alone greet, introduction, etc. We had to flag a server down who willing to walk past us yet again. She did apologize, and our food was delivered promptly to make up for the initial poor service. Food was so-so, and could be made at home for about $7-8. My Guinness beer was off, either bad keg or really bad bartender pour. This visit reminded me why I rarely go out to chain restaurants.

                Loved the food, wait staff were friendly and patient. Very helpful for dietary needs. Location was quite dark and would have liked the blinds open for some of the evening light to come through.

                The patio was great, shady and quiet. I had specifically requested a certain area of the patio which was exactly what we were given. Several of us had chicken in our meals which didn’t seem to be the best quality. Otherwise the food was good. Our service was excellent. There were nine women, the food was delivered in a timely manner and we asked for separate checks. Our server handled it perfectly.

                They seemed a bit short staffed but that is sort of normal these days. The server was really good about getting our food and bills in time for some of us to leave quickly for meetings.

                Need more chicken and less rice in the buttered chicken ! Veggie soup was not a soup more like a stew !
