   The hostess was rude. We had a reservation and still ended up waiting over 30 mins for our table. When we got to our table it was next to the bar so everyone trying to leave kept bumping into us. When the food came it was very underwhelming- this restaurant is not worth the wait!!!

   Ein echt gutes Erlebnis für jeden Weihnachtsfan. Man sollte bedenken, dass eine Bar ist. Das heißt, es ist super laut und Platz hast du auch wirklich kaum. Aber das essen war sehr lecker allerdings für den Preis zu wenig (3 kleine bao buns oder 5 dumblings fũr $20) man lebt wiederum nur einmal also YOLO

   Went for our anniversary week trip to NYC. The decor of the restaurant was fabulous , but everything else was subpar. Not a single mention of our anniversary from the host nor the server. While I didn’t expect free items it would have been nice for it to be mentioned or addressed.

   Table was booked for 8.30pm, didn’t get seated til 9.15. We ordered a drink at the bar while waiting and were asked to step away from the bar area after ordering, we were never given the drinks we ordered and couldn’t get the bartenders attention to ask for them again as it was so busy. After being seated we waited a further 15 minutes and nobody came over to take a food or drinks order. We decided to leave after speaking to people at the table next to us who had waited over an hour after ordering for their food to arrive. The food looked nice and the decorations are great, but it seemed they were just letting far too many people in and staff were unable to cope. All in all it was a really disappointing experience which we’d been so excited for beforehand.

   Our experience with Oscar Wilde was terrible. We had high hopes as we booked a reservation for our party of 9 over a month in advance. We showed up for our 7:30 reservation and they said our table was not ready. After waiting in an extremely crowded corner for 30 minutes, they led us to two tiny round bar tables pushed together with patrons standing surrounding us to the point where we were getting bumped into left and right. With no room to even move and it feeling like 85 degrees in there we chose to leave. The restaurant was beautiful, but they should not take reservations if they can’t accommodate. It was very disappointing. We went to a restaurant down the block and had a much better experience.

   Service was very slow, even getting refills on drinks. Food, ambiance and overall experience was exactly the holiday experience we were hoping for!

   Has a very festive look over the Christmas period but very cramped inside. You get a 90 minute slot, our server was prompt so no issues there and the food was good, however, due to the lack of space you do risk getting nudged and knocked by passing servers and guests. On our visit there was building work going on around the exterior which was messy and restricted photos outside and was noisy so didn't set the scene very well. Also the builder had no protective equipment on and there were numerous trip hazards.

   Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Great Christmas decor but extremely disappointed with the service we received.

    Even with reservations they were behind and made everyone wait much longer. Once seated we were told that any food orders would take an hour and a half before we would receive it because the kitchen was behind. Drinks- I wanted a soda and was told they only had Diet Coke or ginger ale. The ginger ale tasted awful like medicine. My husband got a dirty martini and he couldn’t even drink it because it tasted terrible. After that we cancelled the food order and paid for the drinks. My advice during Christmas time is walk in go straight to the bar area and see all of the decorations and then leave. The Christmas decorations were the only thing I could give 5 stars. Very disappointed, we were looking forward to dining here.
