Wow, the restaurant is closed, disappointed that OpenTable has not removed them from their list of restaurants.

The restaurant was closed for renovations and, thus, should not have even been on Open Table. Open Table needs to do something to monitor this and at the very least should remove this restaurant from its app.

This restaurant is closed. I made a reservation through open table. When I showed up, the restaurant is no longer open. Don't make a reservation at this restaurant!

Something must have been wrong in the kitchen the night we dined. We arrived early, 5:15, ordered, and our burgers did not arrive for 30 minutes. The shakes arrived later. Our plain child's hamburger was not plain and another was promised. The new one arrived and had their special sauce which was not requested. We were going to be late to our event at this point. Finally a plain burger was delivered and eaten as we walked to our event. Our server was wonderful but we were so frustrated with the situation. The food is delicious but it is not worth all of that!

Tables not cleaned and offered a bar seat or high top but table was cleared and cleaned when told we had a open table reservation. Drink order not brought until after food, about 40 minutes.

We arrived around 5:45 PM for supper. The place was not crowded at all and we were seated immediately. Our server was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. We all ordered burgers, truffle fries, and the loaded homemade tots. We even ordered their oh-so-delicious shakes with our meals. These were some of the best burgers we have eaten! They were brought out HOT, fresh, and juicy. The beef was delicious, as were the fries and tots. The milkshakes, with malted milk balls and toasted coconut-so yummy. Truly gourmet milkshakes! We did notice that more people were coming in the later it got, which is a good thing. We will definitely return to this eatery very soon!

Great service, friendly and downed to earth. The burgers were very tasty, loved the shoes string fries, one order is enough for two. Fun place to dine!

Glad to see a unique restaurant added to the Main Street scene in Memphis. A fun vibe and our food was delicious. Oshi was not prepared for the crowd that night. Service was nice but really slow. Hope they work the kinks out.
