Osteria Alberico is a neighborhood Italian haven in Englewood, Colorado. Led by Chef Russell Stippich, the restaurant celebrates Italy’s culinary traditions with Napoletana-style pizza, rustic pastas, and rotating proteins. The inviting atmosphere features an open layout with wood-wrapped banquette seating, deep red leather booths, and a rich soapstone bar. Textures of Italy are present in the white painted brick, custom-forged brass dome light fixtures, and stained wood paneling.     I expected OA while perhaps more casual to be as good as their other restaurants and it wasn’t. Don’t get me wrong we enjoyed our meal but found even our salad to be overly oily and bordering on too salty. Every dish left a puddle of oil and as a result were super heavy - it was a lot. But the flavor was there and things were cooked nicely - pasta perfectly al dente etc.

    Absolutely amazing food service ambience everything you would look for in a five star restaurant. The wine list is absolutely impeccable corresponding to the menu items. Staff is super knowledgeable know everything about the food, what wines go with what pairings cocktail list is impeccably laid out! Outstanding stemware, and glassware. This place is absolutely incredible.

    Clearly this place has it figured out. OUTSTANDING and attentive service - especially since every single table was already filled up and we had an early reservation. The food was perfect.

    Mom and I visited. Mom’s from Rome and I am first generation. We had one of the best experiences ever in Denver. The food was on point. Service was impeccable. Megan did an awesome job. The atmosphere was cozy. We were super pleased.

    Wonderful food and lovely staff. I think the pours are a bit insulting. I had a 3 oz pour of Prosecco and a 4 oz pour of Chianti. Given the price points of the food (our bill for 4 was $400) I’d expect more. Bourbon pours were one finger WITH ice. We’ve been multiple times and it’s been the same each time. Our friends had said the same thing Also, there are no soft surfaces or anything on the walls or ceiling to dampen all the noise. Food was great though.
